Another Hopeful Solar Technology Ripe for Suppression

David Faiman has 30 years of research in the solar field and has come up with a design that will make solar energy competitive. Actually not only competitive, but beyond moronic to not start switching over from coal fired energy.
Pay attention to what The President and CEO of Solel said after the loans and construction costs are taken care, of the price would be only a few cents per kWh “to operate such a plan.” @ 2:42 video time.
So these wafers are not made of silicon, but gallium arsenide which is has a rather environmentally unfriendly manufacturing process. But, we’d like to think that solar panels will lasts many decades and wouldn’t need to continuously rebuild the panels.
The safety of the finished product should be questioned, also.
