Ok, I know I am going EV crazy here on the posts, but there has been an abnormally refreshing amount of coverage on electric cars, batteries, and electric drive systems as of late.

A lead sales representative from Phoenix Motorcars tells us about the Nanosafe lithium nano titanate battery that powers the Phoenix SUV.

Water UN Limited has been incorporated to acquire the technology and intellectual property associated with this invention called ambient air technology, also known as ‘the Max Water’.

They plan to develop Dr Whisson’s invention to produce unlimited water using minimal energy and to market this water through license, direct sales, distributor networks or a combination of these.

This is a great idea for daytime lighting and almost a free energy device. This video is more of a sales pitch to businesses. Mainly because, for now, that is the only entity that could afford the HSL 3000 system. But, as stated, with demand brings lower cost. So it is still a fascinating use of sunlight that is almost completely eco-friendly. The fiber is plastic.

I’m sure I’ll be posting quite a bit on efficient vehicles. Perhaps it is the PR of Tesla Motors, but this electric car is capturing more attention than its predecessors. I’m looking forward to a serious price cut like many others. Martin Eberhard, CEO at Tesla Motors said in September or ‘06 that the next phase will be a Sedan with a cost of around $45k and even lower for future models.
