Mitsubishi Motors, Mitsubishi Corporation and battery supplier GS Yuasa Corporation have been planning a joint venture company to get the ball rolling on much needed large format and fast recharge lithium-ion batteries with an electric car application in mind.

I was scanning the YouTube eco videos and ran across a recently uploaded demonstration video showing Nanosolar’s progress in the solar industry. I was hoping to find some specs on their website, but couldn’t so we will just have to continue to be hopeful.

When an electric car producing company successfully introduces an electric vehicle to the market, painstakingly hurdling over the barriers of monopolistic financial interests such as oil and steel as two majors in this case, we should all take notice and know that one day soon humanity will absolutely witness the end of oil dependence. At least for the use of fuel.

Is it not just unfathomable that an entire area, densely populated, has to beg a greedy few to not increase pollution and dumping into their natural water source?
Even worse, this is just one of many current stories of environmental negligence by a corporation. As these proponents of big oil fluff and spin a heartless justification and trivialization of why their company growth is more important than their costumers health and well being, I am thinking to myself “how can these people look another human being in the eye and not blush blood red?”

Well, this station may not be adding vehicle-to-grid connections for electric cars or offering alternative fuels, but it is doing its part by implementing many green features compared to a typical gas station.
